Is there really a free tier?
Yes! Our Free plan is yours forever — no credit card required, no trial period. It includes basic profit tracking for up to 50 orders per month with automatic tax tracking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your paid features stay active until the end of your billing cycle, then you're back on Free.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Both Pro and Business include a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. If you don't love it, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Do you charge per order?
No. Both Pro and Business are flat monthly rates. Whether you process 100 or 100,000 orders per month, the price stays the same.
Can I switch directly from Free to Business?
Yes. You don't need to go through Pro first. Select Business in Settings > Billing and start your 7-day trial immediately.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved for 90 days after downgrade. Features exclusive to the higher plan become inaccessible, but the data remains. Upgrade within 90 days and everything is restored.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled through your Shopify bill. Whatever payment method you use for Shopify will work for Clarifi.
